What to put in the form

The town, where in the house the problem is, what you’re smelling or seeing, and whether there was a leak, flood, or appliance failure. If it’s a home sale with a deadline, say so.

What happens after you send it

Chuck or the office calls you back to set a time. The inspection maps moisture, finds the source, and tells you how big the problem is. You get a written report. If it’s a remediation job, you get a written scope and price before anything starts. If it isn’t, you’ll hear that too.

If it’s actively wet right now, call instead. The first 48 hours matter. Otherwise the form is fine, and the home page has everything else.
