How This Company Started
Chuck Dalem spent his first career as a project manager on the water damage side of a national restoration franchise. That is where he learned drying, moisture, and mold inside and out, and where he watched crews measured on speed close up walls over framing that was still damp. Those houses called somebody else six months later.
In 2012 he started Gettysburg Mold Remediation Pros with one Chevy S10 pickup and one rule: a job is done when it is dry and treated, not when the walls are back up. Fourteen years on, that is still the rule, and Chuck still goes out on jobs. Army veteran, Gettysburg resident for 25 years, five kids and grandkids, and a wood shop at home where the same rule applies: measure twice, let things dry before you finish them, no shortcuts.
