What to have ready

Where the mold or water is, roughly how big the area is, when you first noticed it, and whether anything leaked or flooded recently. Photos help. If you already have an inspection report from someone else, we’ll read it.

What happens next

We’ll set a time to come look. The inspection finds the moisture source and the extent of the growth, and you get a written report and, if it’s a remediation job, a written scope and price.
